Excellent hotel, great service, great location right in the center of Ascoli.
I found the outside noise unbearable at night, with garbage collection and street cleaning starting early. The soundproofing in our Deluxe Double Room with Balcony was lacking, making sleep difficult.

Incredible views from the balcony at sunset.

However, the bathroom door didn’t provide any privacy, which was an odd choice, and the room lacked sufficient space for luggage, forcing bags onto the floor. Mornings could be rough with interruptions from outside noise—it seems the early garbage collection only adds to the disturbance despite the location’s vibrant appeal.

Fantastic location in the heart of Ascoli Piceno! The room was modern and clean, and I loved the breakfast served with fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order eggs. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Parking was also super convenient, which is a bonus in the busy area.

Perfect for a family getaway
The location right on the piazza made it easy to pop out for gelato or find a nice dinner right around the corner. Breakfast was a standout, with fresh fruit and made-to-order options that fueled our days exploring the sights.
It definitely wasn't at the lower end of the price scale but still reasonable for what we got.

The location right on the piazza is unbeatable, offering easy access to dining and shopping, and the staff's friendliness truly enhances the experience. Breakfast features a delightful array of fresh pastries and made-to-order options. However, our two-bedroom unit was cramped, lacking space for luggage and furniture. Additionally, the bathroom design lacked privacy, making it less comfortable for use.

The stay featured a fabulous location allowing easy access to nearby sights and restaurants. The staff were notably welcoming, especially the attentive service at breakfast, where an array of fresh pastries and delightful made-to-order dishes were served. However, the noise at night was quite disruptive due to street activity, and the room felt a bit cramped for luggage despite its modern decor. For those focusing on a great breakfast experience, this place shines, but light sleepers might want to consider earplugs.

9/10
Right on the piazza, which is wicked cool. Breakfast was off the charts—fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order eggs. Room was modern but man, a bit cramped for luggage. The staff were super nice, especially Azzura. she really made my stay great! The noise from the street at night was a bit much, though.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Ascoli Piceno, making it easy to explore the area. The staff provided exceptional service, with Stefania assisting us during check-in and Azzura ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. The breakfast was delightful and different from a standard buffet, featuring fresh fruit and pastries, which enhanced our morning routine.
The hotel is located in a busy area, which may lead to some noise at night.

The reception staff were super helpful when I asked about local dining options and recommended a great little restaurant nearby.
