Excellent hotel, great service, great location right in the center of Ascoli.

I found the outside noise unbearable at night, with garbage collection and street cleaning starting early. The soundproofing in our Deluxe Double Room with Balcony was lacking, making sleep difficult.

However, the bathroom door didn’t provide any privacy, which was an odd choice, and the room lacked sufficient space for luggage, forcing bags onto the floor. Mornings could be rough with interruptions from outside noise—it seems the early garbage collection only adds to the disturbance despite the location’s vibrant appeal.

Loved the superb breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries! The room was modern and comfy with a nice view. Just beware of nighttime noise from the street. 😬

Perfect for a family getaway

The location right on the piazza made it easy to pop out for gelato or find a nice dinner right around the corner. Breakfast was a standout, with fresh fruit and made-to-order options that fueled our days exploring the sights.

It definitely wasn't at the lower end of the price scale but still reasonable for what we got.

The staff were super nice, especially Azzura. she really made my stay great! The noise from the street at night was a bit much, though.

Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. the early morning noise can be a bit disruptive.
